Protecting our customer’s personal information is very important to us. ICTI asks only for the relevant personal customer information that is necessary to provide you with the best service and to assist you in managing your account.

The information we collect from your application or other forms such as your name, address, date of birth, phone number, investment objectives and annual income is shared with our clearing agent, APEX Clearing Corp. We also share with our clearing agent, the information about your trading history, or other transactions with ICTI. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by law.

ICTI uses strict standards of confidentiality to protect our customer personal information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Anti-Money Laundering Program

Under the USA Patriot Act financial firms must establish policy and procedures that will detect and report suspicious monetary transactions to the government. Under these new legal requirements we are compelled to verify client information and establish the source of funds in our clients' accounts as well as obtain pertinent information on their income and wealth. We may ask clients for additional documentation that will only serve to better our clients' financial needs and expectations.
